Order Processing and Delivery Schedule

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Shipping carrier: FedEx.
  • Delivery time: 2-9 business days after shipment (European warehouse).
  • No delivery on weekends and public holidays.

I. Order Tracking

A tracking number will be shared after your order is shipped.

Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear after the first scan.

II. Order Modification and Cancellation

Before shipment, the following changes are generally supported:

  • Cancel order.
  • Update delivery address.

After shipment, modification or cancellation is not guaranteed and depends on carrier status.
